The Board of County Commissioners formed the Clark County Development and Engineering Advisory Board to review policy and code changes and to work with Community Development and Public Works on process improvements and fee issues.
Meetings
Advisory board meetings, typically held the first Thursday of each month, are open to the public. View meeting agendas and minutes.
July meeting
The advisory board will meet one week later than usual, at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 12, because of potential vacations near the July 4 holiday.
Members
The advisory board consists of nine members – three private firm planners or engineers, one construction contractor, one government planner or engineer, one land developer, one Building Industry Association representative, and two professionals associated with development. The diverse professional backgrounds of members provide a well-rounded perspective when identifying areas for improvement.
County commissioners appoint board members to one- or two-year terms.
