Crawford received the Washington State Law Enforcement Medal of Honor posthumously in May 2005, and his name appears on the National Law Enforcement Officers’ Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Park donations

The Crawford Family has set up a Sgt. Crawford Park Fund with the Parks Foundation of Clark County. All donations will be used to add unfunded memorial features to the park. For more information about these features, visit the Park Planning and Background Information Web page at the link below.

If you'd like to contribute to this fund, please send personal checks, cashier checks or money orders to:

Parks Foundation of Clark County

Checks and money orders must be written out to “Parks Foundation – Sgt. Crawford Park,” or to “Parks Foundation” with “Sgt. Crawford Park” written in the Memo section. It is important that the name of the park be included somewhere on the check or money order.

Donations are tax deductible, and contributors will receive receipts for tax purposes.
