Clark County construction and green building toolkit is now available.

Changes to Block Foam Collections - Block foam can be recycled at Empower Up, a local computer education and reuse nonprofit organization; located at 5000 E. Fourth Plain Boulevard inside the Clark County Habitat for Humanity Store.

Bring your block foam to the Empower Up Donation drop off site located at the back of the store. Drop off hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.


REMINDER - There will be no more block foam collection events please use the Empower Up collection site.

Caring for our environment means making sure the stuff we don't use, need, or want anymore is properly disposed of or, whenever possible, recycled. Conserving resources and protecting the environment are the primary goals of the county's Recycling/Solid Waste program. The program contracts with private companies for recycling collection, sorting, processing and marketing, and solid waste transfer and disposal services.
