Empty CO₂ cartridges can be recycled as scrap metal; however because of their size and the possibility of them getting stuck on the recycling belt sort system at the transfer station they can not be placed in your recycling cart. If you want to collect them and then drop them off at one of the following locations:

• Air, Earth, Water Recycling
• Central Transfer and Recycling Center
• Pacific Coast Shredding
• Washougal Transfer Station
• West Van Materials Recovery Center
