Accepts: Circuit boards, computers, copiers, fax machines, keyboards, monitors, printers, stereo gear, televisions, DVD players, software, scanners, typewriters, audio-visual equipment, large servers, disk arrays, large phone systems, cabling, power cords, disk drives, joy sticks, cameras, video cameras, speakers, PDA's power supplies, etc.
American Electronics Recycling is a collection site for E-Cycle Washington and will accept computers, monitors, TVs, and laptops for recycling FREE of charge for qualified participants(Individuals/Residents, Companies with under 50 employees, Certain government entities).
Charges: A fee is charged for all electronics not collected in the E-Cycle Washington program.
Pickup fees: $65 if you qualify for the new E-Cycle WA program. $40 if you have more than 50 employees and do not qualify.
Monitors – $12 (if you do not qualify for E-Cycle WA)
Computers - $2.00 (if you do not qualify for E-Cycle WA)
Scanners - $3.00
Printer Inkjet/Laser, copiers, faxes, UPS's (less than 20 lbs.), audiovisual equipment, DVD/VCR - $5.00
Printer Inkjet/Laser, copiers, faxes, UPS's (more than 20 lbs. and less than 40 lbs.) - $10.00
Printer Inkjet/Laser, copiers, faxes, UPS's (40-60 lbs.) - $30.00
Microwaves & Toaster Ovens – $10.00
Digital Camera, Walkman or Diskman, Gaming Controllers, speakers of any size – $1.00
Gaming System Consoles (XBOX, Playstation, etc.) - $3.00
Floor Standing Copier - $125.00
TV's - $2 per inch (if you do not qualify for E-Cycle Washington)
Server Cabinets - 3-4 ft. $60; 7 ft. $125.00
Recycle for FREE w/paid pickup: Disk Arrays, Mice, Keyboards, Modems, Small Phone Systems, Phones, Cabling, Power Cords, Networking, Plug in Boards, Ink Cartridges, Laser Toner and drums, IPODS, Zunes, Software Media, Memory, Cell Phones, Laptops.
An estimate is provided for any equipment weighing more than 100 lbs. Disassembly or detachment of equipment may be an extra charge.
