Recycleman, a.k.a. Peter DuBois |
Elementary, Middle and High school students can connect with recycling through musical assemblies featuring Recycleman and the Dumpster Divers. Led by a talented Clark County Environmental Services employee as guitarist, singer, and songwriter, the band reaches tens of thousands of students each year.
The 45 minute performance is complete with an interactive show, cool giveaways for students who come on stage to answer questions, and upbeat rock n' roll music with an environmental message.
For over ten years, Peter DuBois has performed at schools, camps and fairs; inspiring, educating and entertaining tens of thousands of students. You may have already seen Recycleman perform in his award winning music video "Away with Waste".
Peter was co-founder of the Garbage Gurus and Enuf! and is a pioneer for the music genre "garbage rock" created by banging on old kitchen sinks and shaking bean-filled soda pop bottles.
