Hardship Description

The Hardship Waiver program allows time for those responsible; in the event of a taxpayers spouse, parent or stepparent to get the financial affairs of the deceased resolved in order to have the funds available to pay the taxes. A taxpayer shall provide an original signed copy of the Hardship Waiver form to the Clark County Treasurer prior to the due date. The taxpayer will have sixty (60) days after the due date to pay the taxes.
