Driving Directions to the Clark County Public Service Center (PSC)
The Treasurer's Office is located on the 2nd floor of the PSC.

Hours are 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The hours are 9:00am to 5pm on Wednesdays.

Heading SOUTH on I-5:
Take the Mill Plain Exit, turn right. Make a left turn on Franklin St. (stop light). At W.13th Ave, go straight and find meter parking around the PSC.
Heading NORTH on I-5:
Take the Mill Plain exit, turning left. Make a left turn on Franklin St. (stop light). At W.13th Ave, go straight and find meter parking around the PSC.
Enter the Public Service Center from the East entrance on Franklin St. From the lobby take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, follow the North hallway back into the customer service area.
Limited metered parking is available in the parking structure immediately north of the Public Service Center building. Metered public parking are slots 1-19.
