Clark County uses an on-line vendor registration system to make it easy for vendors to register to do business with Clark County. The list of registered vendors also provides our employees with an easy way to find vendors who want to do business with the county, sorted by category of goods and services.
The registration process is simple.
We will ask you to register by establishing a login and password. Once registered it is possible to leave the site and return at any time to complete the registration process or update your information.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that your registration is not active until you have successfully completed all required fields on the on-line registration form.
Your registration will remain current for one year from the date
you last updated your information. Accounts not updated within
the last 12 months will be rendered inactive and your company
and contract information will no longer be available for inquiry
or selection.

Hardware and Software
If using either an Apple Macintosh (MAC) or PC computer, you will need the following to fill out the vendor registration.
- Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 or above or Netscape version 7.0 or above
- Popup blocking should be disabled for this site in order for the registration process to work properly
Sign-on and Password
You are required to have a login and password
entered before you can enter any information. We ask your login

- Unified Business Identifier(Washington Businesses)
- Legal Business Name
- Headquarters Address
- Remittance Address (if differnt)
- Business Phone Number
- Type of ownership (Corporation, Partnership, etc.)
- Supplies or Services that you sell
- Contact Information
