Stormwater Ordinance Update

The stormwater ordinance is one piece of the overall stormwater management program plan. While the Draft 2008 SWMP was submitted to the Department of Ecology on March 31, 2008, the code update process continues through August 2008.

Stormwater Management Program Plan

Clark County is required to update the Stormwater Management Program Plan (SWMP) to meet requirements of the county's new NPDES permit expands county stormwater management requirements over the next one to two years and includes stronger rules for development projects, building projects to reduce stormwater impacts on streams, increased stormwater facility maintenance, and expanded education and outreach.
