Stormwater Management Program Plan
Clark County is required to update the Stormwater Management Program Plan (SWMP) to meet requirements of the county's new NPDES permit. The plan expands county stormwater management requirements over the next one to two years and includes stronger rules for development projects, building projects to reduce stormwater impacts on streams, increased stormwater facility maintenance, and expanded education and outreach.
