You must title and register your vessel in Washington within 60 days of moving to the state with the vessel.

Documents and Information required to title and license your vessel:

• Certificate of Title
  • If there is a lien holder, you will need a photo copy of the title
• Notarized Vessel Title Application
• Unexpired Washington Driver License
• Proof of Taxes Paid
  • You must provide proof that you paid tax in your home state, otherwise Use Tax will be due at the time of registration
