The Budget Office provides a quarterly budget and economic update to the Board of County Councilors and county manager. Each work session focuses on the county's General Fund status of reserves, expenditures and revenues.
It also discusses the current status of the local and national economies, provides legislative updates that impact the county, and briefs the board about relevant developments that impact county funds or services.
