Brush Prairie open house to present proposed land bank materials

Brush Prairie, WA – Clark County will hold an open house Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, to update the public on the rural industrial land bank proposed near Brush Prairie. The open house will be 5:30-7 p.m. at the CASEE Center, 11104 N.E. 149th St. Purpose of the open house is to review all materials prepared in response to an application for a rural industrial land bank. The proposal goes to the Clark County Planning Commission in November. At the request of the property owners, county planners and consultants are studying 602 acres south of Brush Prairie on both sides of State Route 503. The analysis includes the Ackerland property on the west and Lagler property on the east between Northeast 119th and 149th streets.
