Urban Holding Removal/Killian Pacific

Project Summary

An application has been submitted to amend the development agreement between the property owner and Clark County.  The amendment to the development agreement would require funding contributions from the property owner.  The funding contributions help Clark County fund the transportation infrastructure to remove urban holding overlays.
