During Clark County's 2016 Comprehensive Growth Management Plan update, a Public Facility zoning designation was developed to align with the existing Public Facility comprehensive plan designation. The Public Facility zone is applied only to publicly owned properties that are already developed.

The county is currently undergoing a process to confirm the correct zoning was applied to these publicly owned parcels. Public hearings have been scheduled for the Planning Commission and the County Council to review these parcels and their zoning designations.

Public Hearings
