FEBRUARY 9, 2016 SPECIAL ELECTION

Vancouver, WA ‒ Ballots are in the mail for the upcoming Feb. 9, 2016 Special Election. For this election, only voters in the Camas School District, Evergreen School District, Green Mountain School District, Hockinson School District, La Center School District, Ridgefield School District and Vancouver School District will receive a ballot.

If a voter does not receive a ballot by Friday, Jan. 29, he or she should contact the Elections Office at (360) 397-2345 and request a replacement ballot. Replacement ballots can be requested in person at 1408 Franklin St., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A voter may also request a replacement ballot by email at elections@clark.wa.gov or mail at Clark County Elections Department, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666-8815.

At 6 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Feb. 9, the process of entering the scanned ballot information into the ballot tabulation system will begin. Election results will not be released until after 8 p.m., Election Day. Election results will be available on the Election’s website at clarkvotes.org at approximately 8:15 p.m. A sample ballot for this election is currently available at this website.
