February 14 special election mail-in voter registration deadline extended

Vancouver, WA ‒ The last day to submit a mail-in voter registration form to be eligible to vote in the Feb. 14 special election is Tuesday, Jan. 17.

The deadline has been extended this year because the traditional Monday deadline falls on the Martin Luther King Jr. Day federal holiday, when the Clark County Elections Office will be closed.

Online registration applications can be submitted up to 11:59 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16. Visit the Elections Office website at clarkvotes.org and click on MyVote to register online. 

Other deadlines to be eligible to vote in the Feb. 14 special election are:

  • 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, to update current registration information, in person at the Elections Office, 1408 Franklin St.
  • 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, to register if not now registered anywhere in Washington, in person Elections Office, 1408 Franklin St.

Voters in Battle Ground Public Schools, Camas School District, Hockinson School District, Ridgefield School District, Vancouver Public Schools, Washougal School District and Woodland Public Schools will receive ballots for the special election.
