May 24, 2016 Presidential Primary – Logic and Accuracy Test

On Thursday, April 21, beginning at 2 pm, the Clark County Elections Office will conduct a logic and accuracy test of the programming to be used to tabulate ballots and the accessible voting units for the May 24, 2016 Presidential Primary.  The test will be held at the Clark County Elections Office, 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver.  Ballots will be mailed on May 6. Members of the news media, candidates, and the public are invited to attend this test, which is a requirement of Washington State law. 

For this election, all registered voters in Clark County will receive a ballot.

On Election Day, Tuesday, May 24, at 6 pm, the process of entering the scanned ballot information into the ballot tabulation system will begin.  Election results will not be released until after 8 p.m., Election Day.  Election results will be available on the Elections website at clarkvotes.org at approximately 8:15 pm.
