- The Special Absentee Ballot Request form allows voters to request that their ballot is mailed to them more than 18 days before an election. This form is only for voters who will not receive their ballots in time for an election if the ballots are mailed 18 days before the election. The completed form should be mailed or emailed to the Elections Office.
