Deputy Prosecuting Attorney I or II: POSTED December 27, 2018
The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney has an opening for a criminal attorney. The position may be filled at either the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney I or II level, depending on experience. The Deputy Prosecutor I salary range is $61,524 – 86,052. The Deputy Prosecutor II salary range is $96,600 – 136,476. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate for this position will be subject to fingerprinting and a criminal history record check. Legal interns are hired for 12 month assignments beginning in May/June. To be eligible for an internship, you must be a 3rd year law student and able to practice under Rule 9.
