Development Engineering reviews transportation and stormwater plans submitted by private developers to ensure they meet engineering standards and erosion control regulations. The purpose of many of these reviews is to build facilities that protect public health and safety, as well as ones that are durable and can be readily maintained.

Development Engineering's hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, the same as the county's Permit Center. Please use the following email address, email@example.com, to make appointments with staff or submit information.

Standard Details files - September 2017
Clark County Public Works has launched a new format for Standard Details, which provide information on construction standards and requirements for public improvements.
Vertical datums - June 2016
