Development Engineering reviews transportation and stormwater plans submitted by private developers to ensure they meet engineering standards and erosion control regulations. The purpose of many of these reviews is to build facilities that protect public health and safety, as well as ones that are durable and can be readily maintained.
Hours and email contact
Development Engineering's hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, the same as the county's Permit Center. Please use the following email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, to make appointments with staff or submit information.
Vertical datums - June 2016

The application at the bottom of this page should accompany all submittals to Development Engineering. Incomplete applications will no longer be accepted. Be sure to include plan sets with all sheets, all required documents and all fees.
