  10. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services consultant agreement (SCN00002654) with Otak, Inc. for design services on scour repairs for Daybreak Bridge #273 (NE Daybreak Road/Hyatt Road, Mile Post 11.09) project; CRP 320222; PRJ0001780. If needed, an option to extend the duration of the agreement and increase the original contract amount by up to 10 percent is available to the County and the consultant.
     
  11. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services consultant agreement (SCN00002659) with Otak, Inc. for design services on Matney South Bridge #169 at NE 232nd Avenue/Matney Creek. If needed, an option to extend the duration of the agreement and increase the original contract amount by up to 10 percent is available to the County and the consultant.
     
  12. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services consultant agreement (SCN00002654) with Otak, Inc. for design services on Whipple Creek, Knapps Station, and Carson Bridges.   9. Request approval to enter into a new Interlocal Agreement with Washington State Parks and Recreation. Also, request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the agreement and any resulting amendments.
     
  10. Request approval to apply for a new Drinking Water Protection grant from the Washington State Department of Health. If selected, the Department of Health will amend the current Consolidated Contract to include approximately $30,000 in additional grant funds.
     
  11. Request approval of a resolution for the temporary road closure of Northwest 11th Avenue from approximately 800 feet north of the intersection with Northwest 164th Street to approximately 1,300 feet south of the intersection with Northwest 179th Street to construct new sanitary facilities, not to exceed 30 working days.

  1. Request approval to serve as the sponsor to developer applications for the Connecting Housing to Infrastructure (CHIP) grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce, and to serve as the pass-through entity for approximately $1,640,000 in grant funds, if funding is awarded.

  2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to execute interlocal agreements with the Cities of Camas, Vancouver, La Center, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, and Washougal for the processing and disposal services at the Whatley Facility.
     
  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign Property Transfer/Purchase Agreements between Clark County and Columbia Land Trust for the Mud Lake, Whipple Creek, and Lewisville Christopher properties, and to accept warranty deeds and reimbursement Columbia Land Trust $29,779.13 for the management expenses.
