Clark County Treasurer to hold auction for a previously unsold property

Vancouver, Wash. – The Clark County Treasurer is holding an auction for one unsold foreclosure property on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018. All bidding must be done online at the Clark County Treasurer's auction page at www.bid4assets.com/ClarkWA.

The auction will begin at 8 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Please check the auction listing details for the closing time, Treasurer Doug Lasher said.

A $2,500 deposit, plus a $35 processing fee, must be received by Bid4Assets in order participate in the Thursday sale.

“If you placed a deposit for the Feb. 6 foreclosure sale and intend to participate in the Feb. 15 re-offer auction, your deposit may be carried over,” Lasher said. “If you have not remitted a deposit to Bid4Assets, you must submit the deposit, via wire transfer only, no later than 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018.”

Tax foreclosure properties are sold as is and without any guarantees or warranties. Bidders are responsible for exercising due diligence by researching properties for sale.

Successful bidders must submit payment directly to Bid4Assets via wire transfer or cashier’s check within one business days after the re-offer sale closes.
