The 2016 Property tax foreclosure auction will be conducted ONLY via Bid4Assets internet web site. The auction will BEGIN on Tuesday February 2, 2016 at 9:00 am PST and will CLOSE on Wednesday February 3rd at Noon PST. If there is a need for a resale, the resale auction will take place the following Tuesday and Wednesday (same times) until the parcel(s) are sold or the Treasurer determines no bids were received. The Treasurer may withdraw any property from the sale at anytime.
Beginning December 1st, a link will be added to this page for the specific County's Bid4Assets auction site.
The only way to purchase property from a tax foreclosure sale is to participate in the annual auction, which is conducted through the internet by the County Treasurer’s third-party vendor. The Tax Foreclosure sale is typically held each year early in February. The 2016 auction is scheduled for February 2-3, 2016
