April special election logic and accuracy test scheduled for Tuesday, March 20, 2018

Vancouver, Wash. – At 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, the Clark County Elections Office will conduct a logic and accuracy test of the programming that will be used to tabulate ballots and the accessible voting units for the April 24 special election.

The test will be at the Elections Office, 1408 Franklin St. Members of jurisdictions with measures on the ballot, the public and the news media are invited to attend the test, which is required under Washington law.

For this election, registered voters in the Battle Ground School District will receive ballots. Ballots will be mailed Friday, April 6.  

The process of entering the scanned ballot information into the ballot tabulation system will begin at 6 p.m. Election Day, Tuesday, April 24.

Election results will be available before or at 8:30 p.m. on the Auditor’s website at clarkvotes.org.
