The Clark County Event Center existing Administration Building at 17402 NE Delfel Road, Ridgefield, WA will be remodeled and expanded to consolidate staff under one roof. 

This project includes site work, utilities and a +/-4,980 SF one story addition and an interior remodel of +/-4,752 SF.

MULTI-BUILDING WAYFINDING SIGNAGE

HERITAGE FARM RETAINING WALL REPAIR

The project consists of the removal of the existing 34’L x 33”H wooden retaining wall. Removal and replacement of 42’ of concrete sidewalk, pruning the roots of the adjoining sequoia tree back to allow space for the new retaining wall, and construction of the new concrete retaining wall.

In accordance with RCW 36.72 and 65.16, the Clark County Council is called upon annually to select from among qualified legal newspaper bidders the "best and lowest responsible bidder," considering not only price, but general circulation.  

A bidding newspaper shall additionally have been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior Court of Clark County, in accordance with the qualification standards set forth in RCW 65.16.020. 

Each bidding newspaper shall submit with its bid, documented proof that such a Superior Court order has been issued.
