The joint lobby is shared by multiple departments that include the Auditor, Assessor and Treasurer’s Offices. The project is a remodel of the existing lobby to reconfigure the layout and increase security measures for staff.

The project includes the upgrade and replacement of the existing Encelium lighting control system. The current system has experienced repeated failures and is operating with outdated and unsupported software, resulting in unreliable operation and maintenance challenges.
