The purpose of the project is to remove existing failed or obsolete dampers and actuator on two (2) designated air handling units (AHU’s) and replace them with new fully functional, code compliant components. The work will restore proper airflow control, improve energy efficiency, and ensure reliable integration with the Building Automation System (BAS).

The project consists of removing and replacing the existing walk-cooler and walk-in freezer, including but not limited to all insulated panels, doors, refrigeration equipment, and associated components, to ensure reliable energy-efficient and code compliant operation in support of facility mission requirements.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 10:00 am located at 5197 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver WA 98666. Contractors shall meet on the sidewalk at the Northwest side of the building near the loading docks.
The project consists of removing and replacing two runs of +/- 542’ LF on the North and South sides of the Event Center for the main roof.
A non-mandatory meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 11:00 am. Contractors shall meet in the park lot by the Event Center Administration building located at 17402 NE Delfel Road, Ridgefield WA 98642.
The project will consist of, but is not limited to, interior asphalt repairs of approximately 26,410 SF and is inside the fenceline at the Clark County Fairgrounds.
Parking Lot “C” is approximately 135,000 +/- SF and will require Type 1 Slurry Seal to extend the life of the existing asphalt. Before applying the slurry seal, fix any holes or damage prior application.
In Parking Lot “F” there is a walkway path that requires excavation, hauling in base rock, laying new asphalt, and is approximately 8 W’ x 325’ L.

The project requires removal and disposal of approximately one thousand (1,000) linear feet of existing fence.
County forces will clear the one thousand seven hundred (1,700) linear feet Of construction area of brush and trees necessary for the installation of the new fence.
A non-mandatory but highly encouraged site meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 9:30 am. Attendees shall meet at the Heisson Store located at 17510 NE 279th Street, Battle Ground WA 98604. Do not attempt to proceed onto the property without a County representative.
The project will consist of the installation of new or replaced signage at three (3) different building locations. Each building will have different signage to either match the existing signage or be completely new.
