General Contractor Pre-Bid Meeting
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 7:00 am. Contractor shall meet outside on the staircase at the East Entrance of the Courthouse located at 1200 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
Sub-Contractor Pre-Bid Meeting
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 7:00 am. Contractors shall meet outside on the staircase at the East Entrance of the Courthouse located at 1200 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
The project consists of the demolition of five (5) stick-built wooden structures and a small wooden, and the removal and legal disposal of all materials associated with the work. The work also includes regrading, aeriation, and reseeding with native vegetation of areas disturbed by the project.
A non-mandatory but highly recommended site meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 12:00 pm. Contractors shall meet at the front gate to Camp Bonneville located at 23201 NE Pluss Road, Vancouver WA 98682.
The project consists of but limited to installing approximately 300 linear feet of galvanized fencing and additive items of additional fencing and gates.
A non-mandatory, but highly recommended site meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 8:30 am. Attendees shall meet at the NE gate off NE 99th Street and NE 96th Avenue, Vancouver WA 98662.
The project consists of but not limited to; crack repair, cleaning, sealing and striping of the Blurock parking area along Frenchman’s Bar Trail.
Pre-Bid Meeting

The intent of this project is to obtain contractor services to install two (2) new Aerco Benchmark BMK 2000 MBH input natural gas fired boilers into the existing building three (3) heating boiler assembly at the Clark County Public Service Center building.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Attendees shall meet on the sidewalk near the entry door at the West end of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11:00 am. Attendees shall meet at the skatepark inside Pacific Community Park located at 1515 NE 164th Avenue, Vancouver WA 98684.
Bids will ONLY be accepted from contractors that attend the meeting.
The purpose of the project is to remove existing failed or obsolete dampers and actuator on two (2) designated air handling units (AHU’s) and replace them with new fully functional, code compliant components. The work will restore proper airflow control, improve energy efficiency, and ensure reliable integration with the Building Automation System (BAS).

The Clark County Parks and Nature Division is requesting bids for a Satellite Management Agency to fulfill operation and management duties at the County’s Camp Hope (ID #23016L) CT6 system, a Group A Transient Non-Community source drinking water permit.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A non-mandatory, but highly recommended site meeting will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00 am located at the property at 12800 ne Roper Road, Battle Ground WA 98604. The meeting will include an overview of general requirements and a tour of the project site.
Attendees shall give notice of their intent to attend the pre-bid meeting to the Project Manager by calling 564-397-5885, no later than two (2) business days in advance of the meeting. If no notices of intent to attend the pre-bid meeting are received by May 19, 2026 the meeting will be canceled.
The project will consist of installing approximately 341 linear feet of property boundary fencing at a county-owned undeveloped park property.
