  1. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute a three-year contract with West Coast Code Consulting, Inc. for commercial structural plan review services. Additionally, request approval of ongoing costs for commercial structural plan
    review services.
     
  2. Approval of adopting Ordinance 2024-03-02, which will codify Title 40 changes applicable to Urban Residential districts (R1-5, R1-6, R1-7.5, R1-10, R1-20) and implement middle housing and small single-family strategies as outlined in the Housing Options Study and Action Plan. Public Hearing held on March 5, 2024.
     
  3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute a new three-year contract with Aon Consulting, Inc., as well as sign any resulting amendments. Also request an increase in budget authority for 2024 and ongoing.
     
  4. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute a Release of Covenant to Clark County and a Conservation Covenant for the Camp Hope Water System Upgrade project mitigation (PRJ405961) and the Camp Hope Master Plan mitigation.
