Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

  2. Appointments and Letters of Acceptance for:
       -Megan Filippello to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, effective January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027.
     
  3. Approval of a new Interlocal Agreement with the City of Camas to provide billable services through Clark County’s Community Restitution Program.   
     
  4. Approval to renew the Washington State Patrol contract to provide office space at DTF for the Cannabis Enforcement Response Team.

Separate Business:

  1. Approval to contract with the Safe Haven Sober Living Community Project (also referred to as Recovery Hotel) in the amount of $130,000 in 1406 funding to support needed infrastructure renovations and $670,000 to the Vancouver Housing Authority to support Weaver Creek Commons project.
     
  2. Approval to repurpose the use of funds from a 2024 budget package for security cameras to fund the purchase of cybersecurity end point software.
     
  3. Approval to create a capital project and authorize the County Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale agreement and sign Warranty Deed and other necessary closing documents to acquire 1.83 acres located at 0 65th Court.
     
  4. Approval of the English Pit Shooting Range Agreement.
     
  5. Provide pre-approval to spend $202,000 additional public safety sales tax dollars beyond existing spend authority for one-time 2024 project implementation costs, as well as some ongoing costs.
