  6. Request for approval to complete an appraisal and sale of the North County building, and preapproval of $10,000 in one-time General Fund appropriation for this purpose.

Request for approval to enter into an interlocal agreement with the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and authorize the County Manager to sign any resulting agreements and amendments. It is anticipated that Public Health staff will conduct 20 inspections with compensation of $603.00 per inspection to cover staffing costs. The total anticipated amount is $12,060.00.
     
  8. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interlocal agreement, and any future amendments, with the Department of Ecology to provide ongoing revenue to Clark County Public Health to administer and enforce the well tagging, sealing, and decommissioning portions of the water well construction program.
     
  9. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interlocal agreement, and any future amendments, with Skamania County for reimbursement of proving Foundational Public Health Services.
     
  10. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to execute an interlocal agreement with Washington State University Extension for education and outreach services performed through the Small Acreage Program.
     
  11. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to execute Supplemental Agreement #2 to increase a consultant contract with Otak, Inc. (SCN00002654) for design services on scour repairs for the Daybreak Bridge #273 project (PRJ0001780/CRP320222).
     
  12. Request for approval of Resolution 2026-05-03 authorizing the County Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the 4-County Cooperative Weed Management Area.
     
  13. Request for approval of Resolution 2026-05-04 approving Interagency Agreement No. 93-110321 between Clark County and Washington State Department of Natural Resources to establish a forward operating base for helicopter operations at Camp Bonneville.
     
  14. Request for approval to create a capital project for the realignment of approximately 3,500 feet of the Salmon Creek Greenway impacted by shoreline erosion.
     
  15. Request for approval to create a capital project for the repaving of approximately 600 square feet of boat launch approach at the Daybreak Regional Park Boat Launch.
     
  16. Request for approval authorizing Public Works and the Auditor’s office to submit a grant application for reimbursement under FEMA disaster public assistance.
     
  17. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Clark Public Utilities for electrical upgrades to the service lines for Camp Hope (PRJ0004140).
     
  18. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to execute a professional services agreement, and any additional extension, with Maul Foster and Alongi, Inc. for environmental consulting services for the Whatley Decant Facility. In addition, request preauthorization to allocate ongoing Road Fund dollars for the requested financial impacts pertaining to the increase in the contract amount.
     
  19. Request for approval of Resolution 2026-05-05 for the temporary road closure of NE Hazel Dell Avenue from NE 63rd Street to NE 99th Street, NE 63rd Street from NE Hazel Dell Avenue to NE Highway 99, NE Highway 99 from NE 63rd Street to NE 78th Street, and NE 78th Street from NE Hazel Dell Avenue to NE 13th Avenue for the 2026 Hazel Dell Parade/Band Together for a Better Tomorrow, on May 16, 2026, for a period not to exceed eight hours.
     
  20. Request for approval of notices to advertise summaries of construction projects completed with County forces in 2025 and listing projects to be built with County forces in 2026.

  1. Request for approval to increase the public parking spot rate at the Public Service Center (PSC) garage and the lot between the PSC and CRESA.
     
  2. Request for approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a professional services contract and any future amendments with Environmental Incentives, Inc. for Bioretention Facility CBP3 Program Development.
