Request approval of Resolution 2026-01-03 to impose a councilmanic 0.1 percent sales and use tax for housing and related services as authorized by RCW 82.14.530, including the construction and acquisition of affordable housing, constructing mental and behavioral health-related facilities, and funding the operations and maintenance costs of new units of affordable housing and facilities where housing-related programs are provided, or newly constructed evaluation and treatment centers.
    
5. Request approval to allocate $2,900 from the General Fund for Microsoft email licenses for the Charter Review Commission.
    
6. Request approval to allocate $20,000 from the General Fund to support the Charter Review Commission.
    
7. Request approval of an interagency agreement between the State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services and Clark County. Also, request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the agreement and any resulting amendments. The expected remuneration is $8,576.70.
    
8. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute the 2026 Public Defense Contracts, as listed in the staff report, and any future amendments. This was previously under Consent as item #11. Also, an amendment to the staff report was approved to reflect the correct compensation for the District Court contracts.
