Vancouver, WA – Beginning Nov. 2 the downtown Vancouver auto license office will change its hours. The office will be open to the public 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is located at 1408 Franklin St. just north of the Public Service Center. The update will give residents another location to conduct business before 9 a.m. The other location is in the Cascade Park area of Vancouver. There are several licensing sub-agents throughout the county open until 6 p.m. and some open on Saturdays. The auto licensing department issues titles, registrations, disability placards and state licenses for automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats and other motor vehicles. The office does not issue driver’s licenses.
