The Superior Court of Clark County is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Hayes as a Superior Court Commissioner.

Ms. Hayes is a Clark County native, graduating from Mountain View High School. She subsequently graduated from Western Washington University and Gonzaga University School of Law. Ms. Hayes has broad experience across multiple areas of law, most recently she is serving as the City Attorney/Prosecutor for the city of Battle Ground.  Ms. Hayes also brings many years of family law experience. She has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 2012 and practiced locally since 2013.

Ms. Hayes will fill the vacancy left by Commissioner Carin Schienberg who announced her retirement in early February 2022.
