Revised General Order 21-03 (July 19th, 2021) Revised COVID-19 Mitigation in Clark County Courthouse, Juvenile Building and Family law Annex

Updated General Order 20-10 Emergency Civil Protection Order Rule (May 4, 2021) all Tuesday Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVPO) dockets and Thursday non-DVPO dockets are moving forward. These will be scheduled via telephone, video, or in-person appearance.   

Updated General Order 20-12 Emergency Dependency Docket Rule (May 4, 2021) all Tuesday Dependency dockets are reinstated and will be held telephonically or by video. Parties wishing to participate in their hearings should obtain the call-in information from their attorney or assigned social worker.
