Clark County has completed 26 youth and adult sports fields included in the Greater Clark Parks District program. These fields were developed at parks, schools and sports complexes in the urban unincorporated area. Some were stand-alone projects, while others were built at the same time as a park.

The Greater Clark Parks District will provide some funding for maintenance of the new sports fields. Additional maintenance funding will come from partnerships with school districts and youth sports groups.

Completed sports field projects include:

Alki Middle School Soccer Fields
In October 2007, the county partnered with the Vancouver Public Schools to upgrade two youth soccer fields at Alki Middle School for year-round use.

All Saints Episcopal Church Soccer Fields (Lakeshore)
Clark County partnered with the Diocese of Olympia to locate four mini-mod soccer (children ages 4-7) fields at All Saints Episcopal Church, 2206 Northwest 99th Street. The county made minor improvements to the property around the church in 2010. These fields are used by Salmon Creek and Vancouver West soccer clubs.

Hockinson Meadows Community Park
Construction was completed in April 2009 on eight Little League fields that will also be used for t-ball and fall youth soccer at this park. Evergreen Little League and Prairie Soccer Club use this site.

Luke Jensen Sports Park (Hazel Dell)
Construction of this premier youth sports facility was completed in 2012. Luke Jensen Sports Park features three multi-use synthetic turf fields and two natural turf Little League fields. Salmon Creek Little League and Vancouver West Soccer Club use this site.

Some of these fields can be booked for organized team play. To reserve a field, go to: Park reservations and events.
