Bells Mountain Trail


This primitive 4-foot wide shared-use trail serves hikers, mountain bikers and horseback riders.

It can be accessed from Moulton Falls Regional Park at the Hantwick Road Trailhead. Moulton Falls Regional Park is just east of Lucia Falls Regional Park, on the East Fork of the Lewis River.

The trail also can be accessed from Cold Creek Day Use Area, which is operated by the Washington Department of Natural Resources.

Bells Mountain Trail begins about 0.2 miles in from Moulton Falls Park. Its highest point, near the trail’s north end, is about 1,500 feet. The trail goes through fir and alder forests with glimpses of Mount St. Helens and Mount Adams.
